I built up my early 70s (no serial no. which suggests that the bike might be from 1970-71) Fuji Finest this weekend. The pic was taken in low light. I really like the way the build came out with almost entirely Japanese parts (suntour derailleurs, superbe pro hubs, SR Apex triple crank 48/38/28, new winner freewheel 13-28, MKS pedals and toe clips, first gen dura ace brakes, nitto bar and stem) and 3 by 7 gearing. The one thing I am likely to change is the leather saddle from brown to black.
