Decided to weigh my bikes today. Well. The ones here. My 98 Cannondale minus wheels, shifters, chain, cables and bar tape was 12lb 6oz. My 2006 Cannondale CAAD8 in the same state, 9lb 1oz. With all but cables and tape, is 17lbs even. WIN! My 1986 KHS Fiero rolls in atv25lb 15oz, more than a pound and a half less than expected. My Performance Access Xcl 9r was 31lb 3oz, nearly 2 pounds more than I thought. The 92 trek 1400 is in my son in laws hands, so no idea on weight. But guessing 23 or so.

Why weigh the bikes? I was curious. No other reason.

I have not ridden these past 2 weeks. Shingles suck... Feels like I got hit by a bus... But feeling better today. Finally.
