the world touring cyclist who passed through here in Jan. Is hung up 52 km into C.R., from Nicaragua. Seems he can stay as long as need be. A new police checkpoint out front, pulling Nicas and sending them back. Crocks in the river out back. Police checkpoints are common in these parts.
