The Tour According to G" a couple months back and would highly recommend. Part bio on Geraint Thomas, part inside look at his 2018 win (where he took the team lead from Froome) - thought it gave a great look at all that goes into racing in the TDF. Also really cool to hear Geraint's take on all the big moments in the 2018 race. Remember watching so much of it on TV and this gives you a whole new perspective.
