From the photos it's hard to say if it's an actual Miele bicycle. Many of the images don't let you see what the component actually is. I think it might be Shimano Exage based on the one image of the front brake caliper.
I don't think the bike is worth the asking price. For that price or for not too much more, a lot of times you can get a much better quality Miele with a Columbus SL frameset.
