Unfortunately that is the exact type of questions that would be asked in a touring with an E-Bike forum. Thus my suggestion on having an E-Bike touring topic in the E-Bike section, or an E-Bike touring topic in the touring section...
But then again why should anyone care if people start a thread on E-Bike touring and ask questions on how to make it work on the touring forum...?
