Example of why heart rate is a dodgy way of training:

I did a 4x10 sweet spot at 320W last night and averaged 146 bpm during the efforts. I’m not sure if the low HR is due to yesterday’s 30:30 nonsense, but I felt absolutely amazing. Doing 320W was a challenge in that the legs were more comfortable at 350W, and I was constantly throttling back.
