Diving into Smart Trainering
So, I found a deal on a refurbished wahoo Kickr Snap on Wahoos website over the weekend, and snatched it up. Should arrive in the mail some time this week.
Totally new to smart trainers, power, structured training, etc.
Any suggestions on trainer or Zwift use, and setting up a winter training plan? My long term goal is to get faster racing cross.
