I just realized the lockring which came with the rotors can't be used as the 15mm end cap is too wide to use the tool. I'll have to get the SM-SB50 external spline lockring.

No...my issue was Amazon (because reasons) made the
CL->ISO kit with 15/20mm lockring Prime, but not just the 15/20mm lockring...So I saved time and figured I'd just use that converter kit's lockring. Well long-story short (too late)...The lockring in that kit worked for my old Bitex hubs....but didn't work with my new wheels (allowed 0.5mm-1mm or play in the rotor even when torqued.
Even today that dumb lockring Prime shipping discrepancy is still there...because Amazon.
