Hard to tell how old it is. But, with the threadless headset & brifters, flat blade spokes, high profile rims, & Ultegra drivetrain it looks less than 15 years old. (So, it's really not quite a classic vintage bike yet). Titanium & Ultegra = real good stuff. If it was mine I would be thinking somewhere between $.75K and $1.5K. Be good. Have fun.
