mattm matt, but the 35+ 123 version in hotter heat. I'm totally a master's racer now, blew out my back taking the bike off the roof rack. Thought someone punched me in the lower back as a joke, but sadly no one was around.
Tried to race anyway and felt like I could tough it out. Caught behind a nasty crash on lap two (medical escort to a hospital outta town) and thought I could cruise back up to the group. Struggled to connect and jumping out of the saddle aggravated back pain. Dropped ... solo'ed for a bit.
Spent today on the couch with some ice and world cup.
