This month has been the wettest May in years. I can't complain, thanks to mother nature I've picked lots of volunteer OT opportunities and will continue to do so, which gets me even further in purchasing a house someday. To answer the OP, I did get out for a ride yesterday, went for 50 miles but decided to bail at mile 30 after a series of flats. Industrial staples, steel belts from radial tires, and a pinched tube which I admit was totally my fault - I have never had so much bad luck on a single ride.
