Magenta is the sprints, yellow is the 5 min test. Big blue block is the 20 min FTP - since it follows the super fun 5 min test, they don't knock you 5% like a typical 20 min test. Then the orange is a 60 sec test which also gives them an idea of how you recover from efforts and how big of a matchbook you have in your pocket.
