You are making up scenarios.. A brake bleed is a reasonable repair job. It seems to be a common brake system , and yes if he continues to do this his reputation will suffer along with his business. You almost sound like you are associated with this bike shop?? Take my Amazon example: they sell a product that is defective and then tried to blame on 3rd party. The brake bleed job is similar scenerio. That repair can be done in 30 minutes with the right tool and key word..know - how. Being in business means accepting responsibility for the business . I recently had to part ways with a " partner" who refused to accept responsibility , only pointing blame. Any way being in business or self - employed is not for everyone. 🙄
