1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Road and MTB. (Racing and XC)

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
No

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I am definitely not as fast as I was in my 20's but I could slipstream my younger self and stay in touch.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
I did BMX as a kid and then progressed to road racing as a teenager and into my late 20's. I stopped racing when I emigrated to the UK at 30 and my cycling ground to a virtual halt by the time I was 33/34 and for a long time only did the occasional ride. I took it up seriously again last year, racing XC MTB and road.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Racing - so training for racing. Club rides. Distances vary, from 25km - 80m MTB and 50km - 200km road. Always plenty of hills - today 2558m in 136km, for example.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
5x a week on average. 14000km per year, roughly.
