I believe certain Verge and Eclipse models were also recalled in Europe last year. The recent (05/16/14) report of a Verge X10 frame failure in England appears to be an instance where the dealer failed to replace the frame of a Verge that was subject to the 2013 recall before selling the Verge X10 to a customer.
