I followed the recommended instructions from Ass-Saver and drilled a couple of holes in the Speedrocket fenders and attached the flaps to the fenders via zip-ties. Very easy, very sturdy. You could choose to mount via nut/bolt as well, but after 2 seasons haven't found a need to do so.
