Yes it’s nice to have a place to park your bike inside the building , for a host of reasons. No chance of theft , or vandalism and most important it stays dry .
Downside I suppose is that I know there are some people in the world that are lucky enough they can park their bike by their desk / in office.
Still I have no complaints as long as the elevator works .
