Road Fan I'm about 90+ percent sure it's a lower end French bike from the 70's. The Simplex FD matched up with about a 1975 or so. I haven't pulled the RD off yet. I measured a bunch of the tubing diameters also. And going off Sheldon Browns site the diameters match up with French tubing.
It is white under the black spray paint. I saw that when I pulled the FD.
