And @badger1's correct. Picture is in the Peak District in the UK. There are some old railway lines which have been converted - meaning the gradients don't ever get too steep but there's enough elevation change to make it pretty spectacular.

I'm just planning out my next trip and look at this lol
The Monsal Trail is a traffic free route for walkers, cyclists, horse riders and wheelchair users through some of the Peak District's most spectacular limestone dales.
