Have you looked into the Endurance genre of road bikes? They tend to have more aggressive geometry than a gravel bike and still have lots of tire clearance in the frame. I'd take a look at the Canyon Endurace... I don't see the tire clearance listed on the site but I'm sure they'd answer if you asked. Good luck!
