PT began today, about 1.5 hours of stretching and passive movement. I’ll have two sessions per week and daily exercises for home/work. The only uncomfortable parts were when the therapist was manipulating the arm and checking range of motion. No road bike riding for 10 weeks, but I should be able to do some wrenching by Christmas.
