First time reproofing
New to reproofing :-o
Threw my Endura rain jacket in the washing machine. I used the right cleaner & re-proofer product, followed instructions.
My jacket was soaking wet when it came out of the washing machine. Left it to dry indoors on a drying rack. (Because the label indicated NOT to use in the dryer machine.)
Result: not yet waterproof.
What is it that I’m doing wrong? E.g. do I need to iron it gently with a towel in between (= apply heat)? Most videos show the use of a dryer, but the label forbids it.
