The wheels are definitely knock-offs. He's honest about what they are, but they have big Campagnolo stickers on them. I'm also concerned the Handlebar and Stem are knockoffs too. They are badged 3T, but I don't know that 3T every made green logos (Cannondale had a deal with FSA for green parts). SInce he just says Carbon in the description and the fake Campy wheels, I am going to assume the bar and stem are also fake.
I'm also not convinced the frame is real since there is no Braze on mount for the FD. Rather it uses a clamp on FD. From other eBay listings, it looks like the Hi-Mod frames definitely have a braze on for the FD, but some of the other non-hi-mod listed frames have a clamp. Maybe someone with more knowledge of Cannodale's 2013 line up can confirm.
Regardless, I don't know that I'd pay much more than $1200 for that bike given the age and components.
