Advice for our upcoming vacation? 10 days.

I can take my running shoes. I can still run pretty well. Maybe core exercises, a few runs, and some body weight squatting and calf raises and other stuff. Maybe do some runs with some 400m intervals tossed in. Like 1/2km at 10:00/mi and 400m all out (maybe 6:00/mi). It's not the same specificity as the bike, but would keep the heart/lung engine primed.

I was thinking about getting in some good TSS right before we depart also.

It may help that I've been running a record high CTL for about 2 months now. I usually average in the 40's and it's been right at 60.
