FTP test last night. Ramp style (93% target 10 minutes, 100% 15 minutes, ramp until exhaustion).
175W basically. At 205 lbs, so pretty bad, but it's somewhere to start, and it's going to be a long road back (not that I was ever fast, but I'd like to be this time).
Eventual long term goal is 320W and 80kg, which is still not the level of a lot of folks here, but is hopefully achievable. The weight will probably be the easy part.
