I am aiming to be roughly borderline clyde by end of the year. Honestly I am not too fussed about the weight, it is more about the fat. I want to get to around 15% body fat (or less) by end of 2013. I know someone mentioned that this does not necessarily mean fit and healthy, but the way I will be doing it, I will be! I will be focusing on my riding (target 10,000km for 2013) and my weights work in the gym.
