That pump head looks pretty fragile to me. The valve selector switch is definitely a point of failure. There are so many excellent pumps, why mess with an unknown? How much is an excellent floor pump worth?
Others will chime in with their favorites. I had a Zefal dual cylinder floor pump that lasted for about 30 years.
My current home pump is a Topeak JoeBlow Sport II that has been flawless over the last seven years or so. There is also a rebuild kit for it.
