As for you agreeing 112% ... where would I begin ... well for one thing, around here roads with 55mph speed limits are called interstates and bicycles are NOT allowed access. There are larger arterials with similar limits and they too ban bicycle traffic. That quote is such a mess of hyperbole and misinformation as to be gag inducing.
