Best state to ride in is...the one I'm in.
Currently in Indiana. Did a 30 mi. ride in the rain last night with a bunch of guys who meet up at a bike shop in Carmel, north of Indianapolis. Out of about 30 people, only a couple had Zipps. I was stunned.
