Well it's Monday am and I completed my triathlon. And thanks to the many tips I got from this board, I did MUCH better than I thought I would do! Yes, adrenaline is a great thing indeed. hahaha. I beat my target time by more than 10 minutes. My road-rash didn't bother me too much either, just the huge one on my thigh, which I lubed up pretty good to keep it moist.

Below are my times. I figured if I transitioned really fast, it would make up for my slow running. I do have to say that if I would have been in the Clydesdale division (I weigh 213) I would've placed 2nd. But for some reason I just hate labeling myself that. What I just need to do is get down another 15 lbs! Anyways here's my times:

Place Overall: 147
Place Division (35-39): 19
Total: 1:14:51
Swim (450m) 9:28
Transition 1: 1:52
Bike (11 miles): 33:24
Transition 2: 1:01
Run (3 Miles): 29:06
