You're doing well by all I've seen in here. Kudos. Just might be part of your personal power curve.
That rest power might be too high if I had to spitball it. Just my internet formed opinion. With that rest power, that 30/30 is pretty aerobic.

Then again, you might be doing 30/30 for a totally different purpose. I did the 40/20's because I had meetings that day and wanted to do something quick and hard. Also to remind myself what that felt like before going the cross course later in the week.
