This is like everyone on the Olympic Track & Field (Athletics) team wearing the same shoes. (I’m being hyperbolic, but you get my point).
Molds cost more, the sprint frame is very different on the inside and much stiffer than the pursuit bike.
That look pursuit bike at the time was a slightly modified road TT bike.
