I only have a few mm clearance between my Spykes and the spokes. As long the spokes or hub don't hit the caliper it doesn't matter, because the wheel is always in the same place relative to the caliper.

Incidentally, to me those spokes look wrong for a Rohloff hub, the J Bend is too short so the outer spokes are distorting around the edge of the hub flange, especially noticable with your small diameter rims.. Rohloff recommend using a special spoke with a much longer bend to reduce strain on both the spoke and the hub flange, which are thicker because they aren't forged.
