I dont need 30-second power, seeing as how I will never ride a crit again and I never had a sprint to begin with.

There are plenty of places here where I can do threshold intervals. Today was 7 on, 3 off because a 10 min base is easy on the blood-deprived brain. I guess if youre really fast its like I used to tell the staff at the gym when they asked how my workout was: This facility can no longer contain my immense fitness.
