It's been 3 years now since I gave my car away to charity and committed to full-time bicycle commuting (my wife has a car, so we are car-light). My weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar are all steady and normal (60 lb weight loss maintained). It's been a great, positive change to my life. I'm thankful it's still going well! I don't frequent the Forum as much as I used to, but it's good to check in and see so many familiar names and friends, too.
