As an aside, I wonder what it is with the neon colors in their paint that could allow them to fade over time. Cannondale is part of the Dorel family (GT, Schwinn, etc), and my daughter's GT Laguna Pro mountain bike has a similar decal warning that the neon graphics might fade.
Maybe the sticker means that the neon colors might "fade" out of style, as they have several times already since the 1980's.
