I went from Cleveland to DC, some road, the Erie/Ohio was hard packed, the Panhandle was muddy, the GAP was hard packed, the C&O muddy, so decided to jump onto the W&OD and then back onto the C&O at the end.
Did the GAP C&O in late June 2017 the GAP was dry but the beginning of the C&O was a little muddy but not bad. It was an awesome ride that I will definitely do again in the future.
