Yes, you absolutely can ride, but do it alone!
I've noticed more cyclists on the road. Unfortunately, I've also been seeing way too many mini-pelotons with a half dozen or so riding in a pack. Don't do that.
Personally, I've upped my mileage goals since I'm working from home. There's a few PR's that I'm targeting as motivation to get through this.
