Maybe for looks only will a zero setback post help the Trek but he has the saddle very far back on the rails as it is. Zero setback is only going to change the fit.
I don't even know why I'm posting here.
I've played with the fit a fair bit since my Bike fit session. I think as I've ridden more and started to work on core (which I've never done), that I'm due for another. I seem to be scootching back more often and trying to rotate hips more. I also added a cm to stem length a few months back. Plus I intend to race a bit this year. We'll see
