They look like Nervex lugs to me, not Capella. Capella have round protrusions with a hole in it (look at the diag tube on the brown one). The green one has no round protrusions and I believe these are Nervex lugs.

I'm following what you're saying about the difference between the two lugs. Thank you. And no I'm not sure of the year, other than the Nervex lugs were pre 73.
And I've looked at the links and to be honest I know so little about C and V that I can't make heads or tails of the info.
