Today was my first day back on the bike since last weeks work travel.
This afternoon I downed a big Diet Coke, and the combination of caffeine hit and blood pressure pressure medicine has me seeing spots. So I took off a bit early. I’m still seeing spots, but at least they’re not in front of my computer screen
