Lost 3 days of riding due to knee and hip being banged up from the crash last Thursday. Still have limited range of motion but apparently it’s good enough to get 30 miles this morning.
Edited to add a 20 mile ride this afternoon. Hoping to add a short night ride. The knee is holding up nicely and the hip zinger is mostly better. I’ll survive.
