We have one of those here too, NFS is "Need for Speed" and it's an early Tri frame. I understand this to be a Richard Cunningham-designed answer to the Dave Scott Iron Man and Scott Tinley Technium frames. 650c because they spin up faster?

54 cm cro-moly frame. 14 speeds. Mavic tubular 24 spoke wheels. Equipped Shimano 600. No gear levers, tires are flat.
