Mostly Jagwire for my newest bikes, and no complaints. I've been digging the plain brass ferrules Rivendell sells, and use those where applicable. IIRC I used Shimano shifter cables on my relatively new Mercian audax, mostly because the Jagwire was hard to cut without fraying the decorative braid too much to fit into a ferrule, plus I had some.
I've used the VO braided cable too. I think it's nice. Seems to me to be Jagwire without the branding, but no way to know this for sure. Any color you want as long as it's silver. (they do have old school looking colored cable housing too.)
