I have one of those. I was trying to get a ride in before the winds hit. I didn't make it. Triple, small ring, big cog, barely moving. It was fun.
I've ridden in those kind of winds but NOT AT 45 degrees!! Yeow... No way am I going to ride a bike when it is that windy and below 50... Of course most people would not ride a bike in temps of over 121F which I have done.
But I don't like cold, guess that's why I live in Texas.
