They have a road tire version the has a shorter insertion tool. I used it successfully just last week on a 30c tire and had more than enough spacing to make it work. It got me home even though the tire was badly damaged with some subsurface tears in the rubber that made it hard to patch - that wasn't the Dynaplugs fault. Some of the belting had torn but the rubber surfaces where intact. So the plug attached to the rubber properly but there was no structure to hold it. Either way, it held for many many miles to get me home.

And with this, it regulates the CO2 nicely (twisting the tool regulators it) and it's one motion to plug the tire and fill it back up. Genius!
