Eric... are the dropouts VERTICAL, or HORIZONTAL on your frame?
The frame has vertical dropouts. Maybe it is for horizontal dropouts. But, I realized my washer may have been getting in the way. It was working before, so, after reversing the washer and the b screw it may work again.
