Impromptu 75% method ramp test at lunch. Much easier than 20min of hell. I chose the "not an elite rider" wattage amount for the ramp. Cause, I'm not.
Made it thru 400 and toast. That's a gain from Winter/Spring. That means there is hope sometime soon of a 300w 20min number. 300 at 20min and 69kg would be nice for me. Plenty to fart around doing the things I like to do and have time for.
I just like to get far enough against a goal that going in, I'm not wasting a lot of mental and physical stress on a longer test.
As a Cat 5 schmuck who doesn't race much, a 20min test is a bit taxing if done truly all-out.
