I’m 60. Just a year ago, I had a hip replacement. This June, I replaced a bunch of rubber on my 1977 Rayleigh Competition that have not ridden since 1986 and started to ride again. Since the end of July, I’ve spent 630 mi in the saddle. Not so fast, but getting faster and enjoying every ride.
